OUR CLINIC

Ginealmería has a multidisciplinary professional team which provides comprehensive care with enthusiasm, effectiveness and empathy for women.

FOUNDED IN 1996 and accredited by the Department of Health of the Junta de Andalucia, to perform Voluntary Interruptions of Pregnancy (VIP’s), in accordance with Current Legislation and an authorisation renewed in the year 2010.
And appointed by the Andalucian Health Service for the Interruption of Pregnancies of up to 14 weeks gestation.

THE TEAM

The team is a collection of interdisciplinary and specialised professionals who have all worked in their respective fields at both national and international level, and therefore with distinguished experience, in the Integral Care of the Woman, Couples, the Family, children and their common environment.

Our experience facilitates our awareness and assumption of a mature responsibility in relation to the problems of Sexual and Reproductive Health presented to us.

We are fully cognisant of the problems and the issues relating to Family Planning, Unwanted Pregnancies, as well as to abortion and its concomitant psycho-medical and social sequelae, STD’s, including situations such as abuse, adoption, high risk pregnancies, support from our Social Worker if the gestation of an unwanted pregnancy is to be continued.

EXPERIENCE

1996-2011, FIFTEEN YEARS undertaking our activities in Almeria and bearing in mind the experience we have obtained throughout our entire professional trajectory, we believe we can continue to collaborate with society in general, contributing our level of experience, our humane personnel, extensive informative resources and professional advice to the community of Almeria.

OBJECTIVES OF GINEALMERIA

Amongst our objectives is the provision of specialist advice in METHODS OF BIRTH CONTROL, to ensure the couple have sufficient information to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
